Ingredients:  Serves 6

 

(Abbreviations: C = cup, tsp. = teaspoon, T= tablespoon, lb = pound, oz.= ounces, pkg = package, pt. = pint, qt. = quart)

 

  • 4 cups of vanilla yogurt

  • 2 cups of granola

  • 1½ cups of Alpine Fresh Blueberries

  • 1½ cups of Alpine Fresh Blackberries

  • 6 Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

 

Directions:

 

  1. Wash and mix berries in a medium strainer

  2. Create layers by alternating your 3 ingredients; yogurt, granola, berries.

  3. Garnish with mint leaf.

 

 

         

          Spruce up your granola with your favorite nut.                                           Walnuts and Almonds are our favorites.

 

 

HEALTHY FACT:  At 45 calories and 0 grams of fat, ½ cup of fresh blueberries are the perfect snack. Whether you pair them with yogurt or other berries you are sure to enjoy this tasty snack.
