Product Information

 

Three different varieties are used for Alpine Fresh Fresh Cut Mangos : Tommy Atkins, Kent, and Keitt.

 

 

  • Tommy Atkins is the most colorful mango, distinguished by its firm skin and medium fiber.

  • Kent is an oval-shaped mango that is softer than other varieties. Its fiber-free flesh is sweet with a tropical flavor.

  • Keitt is the largest mango variety. Unlike other varieties, it may remain totally green with just a hint of yellow even when fully ripe.
