Ingredients:
(Abbreviations: C = cup, tsp. = teaspoon, T= tablespoon, lb = pound, oz.= ounces, pkg = package, pt. = pint, qt. = quart)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound trimmed Alpine Fresh asparagus

1-2 garlic clove, minced

1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Lemon & Garlic Asparagus

Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to pan; swirl to coat.

Add asparagus; sauté 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Add minced garlic; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice.

Remove from heat. Add epper, and salt; toss to coat.
