Ingredients: 

 

(Abbreviations: C = cup, tsp. = teaspoon, T= tablespoon, lb = pound, oz.= ounces, pkg = package, pt. = pint, qt. = quart)

 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 

  • 1 pound trimmed Alpine Fresh asparagus 

  • 1-2 garlic clove, minced 

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Lemon & Garlic Asparagus

Directions:

 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to pan; swirl to coat.

  2. Add asparagus; sauté 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.

  3. Add minced garlic; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice.

  4. Remove from heat. Add epper, and salt; toss to coat.
