Directions:

Slice baggette thinly (as shown). Using 1 tablespoon of olive oil brush crostini top and bottom and toast.

Combine remainfing ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.

Toss ingreditents together so they are evenly mixed.

Spoon mixture onto toasted crostini.

Serve and Enjoy!
FYI: For best results refirgetate mixture for 1-2 hours before placing it on the crostini and serving. Should you choose to refrigerate your bruschetta topping and serve later, oil and toast your crostinis just prior to serving.

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
