Ingredients: 

 

(Abbreviations: C = cup, tsp. = teaspoon, T= tablespoon, lb = pound, oz.= ounces, pkg = package, pt. = pint, qt. = quart)

 

  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp salt, or to taste

  • 2 cups of Alpine Fresh Slice Mango mangoes, diced

  • 1 red or orange bell pepper, chopped finely

  • 1 red Fresno chilies, chopped extra finely

  • 2 tbs finely chopped cilantro

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Juice of 1/2 orange

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste

     

IDEA: If you want your mangos to be sweeter, add a pinch of sugar to them.

Fresh Mango Salsa

Directions:

 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours

  4. Serve and enjoy!

 

 

IDEA: If the salsa ends up being a little too hot or acidic for your taste, you can temper it by adding some diced avocado.
